Wipeout is a reality show in which contestants compete in the "world's greatest obstacle course," according to the show's description. John Henson and John Anderson host and commentate Wipeout, with Jill Wagner providing "on-location" coverage. Vanessa Lachey served as an interim host for one season. Matt Kunitz and Scott Larsen created and executive produced the show. Endemol USA handles distribution for the show. Sable Ranch, located in Canyon Country, Santa Clarita, California, about 40 miles north of Los Angeles, is where the show is taped. The show is rated "TV-PG L" due to some coarse comedy and moderate language from the participants. truTV and TBS are broadcasting Wipeout syndicated reruns. On May 9, 2013, Season Six premiered on ABC.
