This flick has to do with a navy Lieutenant called Johnny Firpo who is purchased to work with the Miami Police force to help stop a gang of crooked card sharks. He requires the help of a pro gambler-now retired named Charlie Firpo. Charlie won't aid Johnny, so Johnny swipes Charlies transfer vehicle and also he then accepts help him.
