This flick has to do with a navy Lieutenant called Johnny Firpo who is purchased to work with the Miami Police force to help stop a gang of crooked card sharks. He requires the help of a pro gambler-now retired named Charlie Firpo. Charlie won't aid Johnny, so Johnny swipes Charlies transfer vehicle and also he then accepts help him. They both discover that they are half bros. Johnny encourages Charlie that their daddy is "Blind" and also require to increase $ 100,000 for an eye procedure.
