Wannabe
Maxine never made it famous as a member of the female group Variety, but she's still clinging to her dream job as the (failed) music manager for the adolescent pop group Sweet Gyal. Sweet Gyal threatens to dump Maxine because he is sick up with her attempting to live vicariously through them and her ridiculous attempts to earn them a record deal. Maxine, on the other hand, has devised a scheme. Return. This time it's bigger, bolder, and older. Who cares about a trendy young lady band? Mum Pop is what the world desperately needs.
