A guaranteed spot in an AFL team is up for grabs for him as "The Recruit" on FOX's new reality series, and he'll get it. THE RECRUIT, a reality football entertainment series hosted by former AFL player turned popular radio announcer Ryan "Fitzy" Fitzgerald, follows 12 'Recruits' who live and play together as a team, while competing against each other, in order to win this life-changing prize. Former AFL player and Hall of Famer Michael "Vossy" Voss serves as Fitzy's assistant in this new series. A three-time premiership captain of the Brisbane Lions and 1996 Brownlow Medal winner, Vossy is a legendary AFL player. He is responsible for leading, motivating, and teaching a team.
