Vince Faraday, an honest officer on a corrupt police force, is framed for a series of murders and assumed dead in the television series "The Cape." He is driven into hiding, abandoning his wife, Dana, and son, Trip. Vince Faraday takes the law into his own hands out of a desire to reconcile with his family and combat the criminal forces who have overrun Palm City. "The Cape" is his son's favorite comic book character.
