A Charles Dickens-style Victorian comedic adventure following shop proprietor Jedrington Secret-Past. Harmswell Grimstone, a supposedly lovely new business partner, joins Jedrington. As the Secret-Past family's fortunes expand, it appears that they are based on shaky foundations, especially when it is revealed that Conceptiva, too, has a secret that is even darker than Jedrington's.
