Multinational firms are the new leaders of Europe in the foreseeable future. Promethee, one of the most powerful, desires to further protect their rising domination by replacing the police force with their own private militias, led by Henry Munro and the Black Squad. After the shooting of his daughter, with his life in tatters and his darkest secrets exposed, an idealistic law enforcement officer, Sirius, has nowhere to turn and joins forces with an old cop, Franck Varnove. Sirius assumes command of Franck's covert, special squadron, Section Zéro, to combat these dark, deadly militias, pledging a return to conventional law enforcement before the world they know disappears.
