Queen For Seven Days
Marriage to a king ensures a stormy existence. Shin Chae Kyung is the daughter of a prominent Joseon Dynasty politician. Crown Prince Lee Yuk, who lives under the tyranny of his half-brother, King Yeon San Gun, falls in love with her. When Lee Yuk ascends to the throne and becomes King Jung Jong, Chae Kyung becomes Queen Dan Kyung, who is caught in the crossfire of many political factions as well as rivalries amongst the brothers. When Dan Kyung's own father plans a coup against the monarch, Queen Dan Kyung is dethroned and exiled from the palace after only seven days. What happens to the king and queen's love when they can no longer be together?
