Prop Culture : Iconic Art of the Movies
It is the goal of Prop Culture to provide a unique look at beloved films through the props and costumes (now modern "artifacts") that made them unique –from the craftspeople who created them, to the actors and actresses' who interacted with them to the collectors / archives who own and treasure them. Dan Lanigan, a film historian and collector, will serve as the show's emcee. "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl," "Mary Poppins," "The Muppet Movie," "Tron," and "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" are among the films shown in the first eight episodes.
