Tiny Tsumiki Miniwa is infatuated with her best friend, Io Otonashi, who is tall and easygoing. However, she can't bring herself to say it outright. Even though he can usually read her like a book, Io doesn't seem to be able to notice the obvious signs, even though all of their friends tease them that there's no one better for each other. While Tsumiki and her friends go about their daily routines, Acchi Kocchi follows along with them. Tsumiki's pals would never forgive her for her crush on Mayoi, Sakaki, and Hime, all of whom suffer from nosebleeds. In the end, it's only a matter of time before Tsumiki can get the confidence to utter what she really feels.
