Missing Persons is a Chicago-based short-lived American crime drama television series. It followed a hypothetical missing people unit, with each episode often focusing on the investigation of three or more cases. From August 30, 1993 through February 17, 1994, it aired on ABC. It was produced by Gary Sherman Productions in collaboration with Stephen J. Cannell Productions, and it frequently featured local Chicago performers as well as big-name guest stars like Nina Foch, Eddie Bracken, and Lois Smith. Ian Gomez, Irma P. Hall, Laura Cerón, and Valerie Harper were among the semi-regulars. Unlike most of Cannell's company's series, he did not originate or co-produce this one.
