Tommy "Little Dog" Ross, the favorite to win the Championship Belt, had a world-class meltdown and exits the ring during the middle of the bout. Five years later, when he is captured on film fighting at a bar, his former adversary Rico "Havoc" St. George challenges him to a rematch for his championship. In order to make the decision of whether or not to return to the ring, Tommy fights to block out the cacophony of his strong-willed family.
