Kathy Burke's Linda La Hughes (Kathy Burke) lives with Tom Farrell in a two-bedroom apartment (James Dreyfus). Despite her size, Linda is a loudmouth and unattractive. In spite of this, she is convinced of her own attractiveness and seductiveness and is determined to seduce you. Aside from her love for males, she's also sexually aroused. It's Tom's dream to be an actor. He has an agent, but he has a hard time finding work. Despite (or perhaps because of) the fact that they share a flat, he has little affection for Linda. His homosexuality may be a problem for her because she finds it difficult to live with a man who doesn't find her sexually appealing.
