Han Ji-eun is a naive writer whose best friends cheated her out of everything, including her house. She was stuck in China and had to get back to Korea, so she borrowed money from an actor named Lee Young-jae. When she got home, she found out that Lee Young-jae had bought her house. In order to get her things back, she got married to Young-jae on a one-year contract. Even though Ji-eun has lost everything, she stays happy and takes things in stride. As the two get to know each other better, their business relationship turns into something more personal.
