Eerie, Indiana is a 1991–92 NBC television series about a small town in Indiana. José Rivera and Karl Schaefer penned the series, with Joe Dante serving as a creative advisor. There were a total of nineteen episodes. Originally broadcast on The Disney Channel in 1993, the last episode was seen for the first time in 1994. When Fox's children's TV block Fox Kids showed the show in 1997, it gained a new audience and developed a cult following despite its brief existence. As a result of the show's resurgence, Fox decided to launch a spin-off in 1998 called Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension, which ran for just one season.
