Joe Murray developed the animated television series Camp Lazlo! The series was released on July 8, 2005, in the United States, and on November 1, 2005, in the United Kingdom. The show featured a Boy Scout-style summer camp with anthropomorphic animal characters, "vintage" humor and absurdity reminiscent of Murray's previous series, Rocko's Modern Life, which aired on Nickelodeon a decade earlier, and cultural references. After five seasons and 61 episodes, the series completed its two-and-a-half-year run on Cartoon Network on March 27, 2008, with the series finale "Lumpus' Last Stand." This series returned to Cartoon Network in October2012, airing in reruns on the relaunched Cartoon Planet block. The theme song for the show is set to the tune of Bingo.
