Black Scorpion
On the Sci-Fi Channel in 2001 and Space in2002, Black Scorpion was an action-crime television series. The series is based on two Roger Corman films: Black Scorpion and Black Scorpion II: Aftershock. During the day, she works as a police officer, but at night she assumes the identity of the superhero Black Scorpion and fights criminals in the streets. In addition to Adam West and Frank Gorshin's performances, the episode has numerous nods to the original Batman TV series. Sting of the Black Scorpion, a 2002 direct-to-video film based on episodes1.1,1.3, and1.8, merged these three episodes. The DVD set of the entire series was temporarily available in North America, however it is no longer being produced.
