Beauty and the Beast
The late 1700s in France. Having a prince like Leon Dalville is the stuff of fairy tales. He loses everything, though, on a weird night. An arson attack on the prince's young wife leaves him scarred for life. In order to hide his scars, he wears a silver mask that only partially covers his face, turning him into a strange and ruthless man who is haunted by his history and feared by everyone. While her father is still in debt to Prince Leon, Bella Dubois arrives at Leon's castle to offer her services as a maid. He is challenged by his cousin Helene, who has always been in love with him: he must seduce and give up Bella. Leon falls in love with Bella despite Helene's nasty and dishonest manipulations.
