After the Rain
Akira Tachibana used to be in the track and field club, but an injury has slowed her down. As a last resort, she works part-time at a family restaurant, where she falls in love with her manager, a divorced 45-year-old guy with a young son. Despite their age difference, Akira embraces his idiosyncrasies and compassionate attitude, which the other employees perceive as spinelessness, and the two gradually come to understand each other. Akira feels that true love does not require a precise explanation, despite her inability to describe why she is drawn to him. She resolves to finally tell her manager how she feels on a rainy day...but how will he react?
