Plastic surgery is being performed on a young couple in a run-down Eastern European institution. The young lady wishes to have her breasts reduced. Her mother shows up for yet another makeover. A young woman, gagged and chained to an operation table, is discovered by the boyfriend while wandering around an abandoned ward. She is the product of an experimental rejuvenation treatment. He sets her free, but he hasn't realized that he's just started a virus that would turn physicians, patients, and his mother-in-law into bloodthirsty zombies.
