You Can't Take My Daughter
Analyn Megison's story is based on fact. Amy Thompson (Lyndsy Fonseca) is a vivacious law student in Charlotte who is attacked and raped by Demetri (Hunter Burke), a friend of a friend. Amy takes the difficult decision to keep her baby after discovering she is pregnant as a result of the rape, despite Demetri's continued stalking and harassment while she awaits the long-delayed trial. She gives birth to a lovely baby girl and decides to flee to Atlanta to start again. Six years later, Demetri locates her and sues for custody of her daughter, much to her shock. Amy fights back using her own legal and investigative talents.
