What Our Fathers Did: A Nazi Legacy

Can you imagine what it's like to be a mass murderer's child? For their participation in WWII, Hans Frank and Otto von Wächter were charged as war criminals. Thousands of people died as a result of the actions of Nazi governors and Hitler's advisors. Philippe Sands, on the other hand, was struck by the imprints they left on their sons. While investigating the Nuremberg trials, the human rights lawyer stumbled across two persons named Niklas Frank and Horst von Wächter who helped him refocus his investigation. The men have diametrically opposed perspectives about the men who raised them.
