Rural Fulton County, Georgia, has very little to offer. There are only a few simple homes, a bar, a gas station with a small supermarket, and a trash dump. Introvert Joel works at the garbage dump, where he sometimes finds useful glass bottles. He cleans them up and takes them home to use for his own projects. In the middle of the day, he gets a surprise phone call: his ex-wife has gone away, and he now has to take care of their son. How will Joel be able to build a relationship with 10-year-old Will, who also seems to live in his own world? There is a bright girl in their neighborhood named Clara who is there to help. Will starts to talk to his father, and Clara helps him. That's not the only thing. The youth welfare officer is already banging on the door. Jaron Albertin's first film as a director is a heartfelt, a little melancholy drama about two people who find a lot of common ground with each other.
