Philippe Chapuis (real name Zep, or "Tootuff") is a Swiss draughtsman who produced the Titeuf comic series illustrating the lives of a young boy (the titular Titeuf, or "Tootuff" in English) and his view of the adult world, including issues such as love and sex. This film follows Titeuf (Donald Reignoux) as he embarks on a brand new comic journey! The situation gets even more difficult when Nadia (Melanie Bernier) does not invite Titeuf to her birthday party. When his parents are on the verge of being deported, Titeuf's world is flipped upside down. Titeuf's efforts to right the wrongs have not stopped the situation from spiraling out of control.
