Zarina is a smart and ambitious dust-keeper fairy who is fascinated by Blue Pixie Dust and its endless possibilities. She leaves Pixie Hollow and joins forces with the sneaky pirates of Skull Rock, who make her captain of their ship. Tinker Bell and her friends have to go on a big adventure to find Zarina, and they do battle with a group of pirates led by a cabin boy named James, who will soon be known as Captain Hook.
