Tiger Claws II finds Yeung's martial arts serial killer, Chong, ripped out of jail by Dai Lo Fu's heavies and transported to San Francisco's Chinatown. When NYC officer Tarek Richards learns of a string of recent killings employing Chong's M.O.—a claw-like mark across the victim's face—he contacts his former partner Linda Masterson in L.A. for aid. However, it turns out that Chong is unrelated to the killings. Lo Fu is using him to open a time gateway for the ancient Shaolin monks. Lo Fu aims to transport modern artillery through the portal and control Qing Dynasty-era China.
