The cops are stumped. They must contend with a serial killer who has set his sights on martial arts instructors. One by one, people are brutally murdered. This could be Detective Linda Masterson's first opportunity to work on a homicide case. Sgt. Tarek Richards, a fellow martial artist, joins her on the job.
