The Yellow Sea
A type of modern-day wild west has formed where the frontiers of North Korea, China, and Russia join together, with more than half of the population reliant on criminal activity in order to exist. Gu-nam spends his days driving a cab in Yanbian, on the Chinese side of the border, and his nights getting drunk and gambling. Despite the fact that his wife had traveled to Seoul in order to work and send money back home, he hasn't heard from her in months. Despite his reservations, Gu-nam accepts the offer of a local crime boss, Myun, to erase Gu-debts nam's in exchange for a contract killing in Seoul.
