Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Owl, Kanga, Roo, and Rabbit are attempting to build a suitable winter home for Eeyore, the eternally depressed donkey, but Tigger's constant bouncing disturbs their work. Rabbit proposes that Tigger go find other tiggers to bounce with, but Tigger believes that "the most amazing thing about tiggers is" that he is "the only one!" However, just in case, the merry kitty goes out to find kinfolk.
