The Scythian Lamb
Based upon a manga created by Tatsuhiko Yamagami, the story is embeded in a former seaport town Uobuka, where 6 previous criminals were sent out to live there by the federal government, with the purpose of re-socialising them. Besides minority who understand about the project, the general townsfolk has no idea of the former convicts' identifications. Tsukisue is the enjoyable as well as efficient metropolitan authorities put in charge of the programme. As he slowly discovers their past, a body is found.
