When Tommy's new baby brother, Dil, is born, he is thrust into a position of responsibility. As is the case with all infants, the child quickly becomes a source of contention for Tommy and the rest of his gang. They decide to take Dil back to where he originally came from, the hospital, but they become disoriented on the way. Will they be able to find their way home, and will Tommy and Dil be able to work together?
