Through no fault of his own, extreme sports enthusiast Zhou Feng became embroiled in a criminal enterprise on the international black market. As a result, he was forced to travel to Budapest with Bruce, an international special agent. An amateur unit was formed when they banded together with an incompetent police officer named Miao Yan, a nonprofessional scientist named Ding Shan, and an unemployed doctor named LV.
