The Next Karate Kid
Mr. Miyagi meets his commanding officer's widow during a ceremony honoring Japanese soldiers who served in the United States Army during World War II. He becomes acquainted with her granddaughter Julie, a resentful adolescent who is still grieving the loss of her parents and who has conflicts with her grandmother and classmates. Mr. Miyagi chooses to teach her karate so that she can overcome her anguish and problems and return to the correct path.
