The Mighty
This is the tale of a deep friendship between a little boy with Morquio's syndrome and a larger youngster who is constantly teased because of his size. The film, which is an adaptation of the novel Freak the Mighty, examines the development of trust and friendship. Kevin, a clever individual, aids Maxwell in enhancing his reading abilities. Since he is not permitted to leave the house without permission, Kevin requests that Maxwell take him out. Kevin and Maxwell, being the town's social misfits, come to learn that they are similar and accept that they are "freaks" with nothing stopping them.
