Chloe (Ory), a budding photographer, comes from a background of unsuccessful relationships. She discovers an antique photo album from the 1970s at a local flea market, detailing the idyllic courtship of a happy couple (Hindle and Barbeau). Unable to discover her own "true love," she sets out to track down the couple featured in the album and demonstrate that real love does exist. Along the way, she meets Gabe Sinclair (Macfarlane), a mysterious yet endearing bartender who jumps at the chance to join Chloe's mission and quickly falls in love with her. With few resources at their disposal, the two embark on an expedition, searching for clues that would take them to the couple and, maybe, true love. As the search progresses, Chloe develops an interest in Gabe, but she will not allow her feelings to detract from her quest to locate the pair. Will Chloe ultimately overcome her fear of falling in love and achieve true happiness?
