The Lost Valentine
As she uncovers a story that will change her life forever, a young and jaded female journalist discovers that love can transcend hardships and time. When war separates lovers on their wedding anniversary at the Los Angeles Union Train Station on Feb.14,1944, Navy pilot Neil Thomas makes a promise he is unsure he can keep: to return to the train station safely by their next anniversary. Caroline Thomas has kept her promise for sixty years by waiting at the railway station until her absent husband can finally fulfill his with the "lost valentine." The message and significance demonstrate that romance and love can be genuine, deserving of fighting for and perhaps even dying for.
