The Long Island Serial Killer: A Mommy's Hunt for Justice tells the story of Mari Gilbert's look for the reality behind what took place to her child Shannan, an at some point escort who went away after a 'day' on Long Island. After Shannan (Katharine Isabelle, Hannibal) falls short to come house, her mom Mari (Kim Delaney) knows something is terribly incorrect.
