The Last Unicorn

A unicorn learns through a riddle-speaking butterfly that she is the last of her kind, the Red Bull having herded the others away. The unicorn sets out to uncover the butterfly's hidden meaning. Then she meets Schmendrick, a mediocre magician, and Molly Grue, a middle-aged woman who has always wanted to see a unicorn. Their adventure takes them to King Haggard's castle, far from home.
