Vice cops from the L.A.P.D. have been fired for being too aggressive in their fight against drugs. People who work for them can see right away that some of their bosses are involved in the drug ring. Four of the banned cops work together to fight the drug ring undercover. When one of them dies, three of them work together. These people get money to buy guns by taking money from small drug dealers. When they are ready, they go after the kingpin with all their tools (Boyd).
