Middleton is gearing up for its bicentennial, and Grey House will be the venue. Cassie, the good witch, is transforming it into a B&B, and her first and only guest, Nick Chasen, claims to be a distant relative. He produces documents proving he is the heir to the builder, colonial era captain Hamblin, while the Grey Lady was his mistress and stole it.
