At a historic city hospital, a new nurse begins her shift. The oldest nurse in the hospital tells her about Mr. Moore, a patient who entered the hospital a few years ago, after she sees a weird phantom. After a fire, his body was entirely charred. The physicians had to perform an emergency surgery on Mr. Moore. However, no one seemed eager to lend a hand. Because of the pain and medication, he had become irrational. When a nurse went to check on him one night, she found his bed vacant... He hadn't been heard from in a long time. The tale is interrupted by a chime. The phone rings in Mr. Moore's office...
