Choi, the Chief of the Detective Squad, is due to be promoted. He throws a party with his coworkers, but on the way home, he accidently murders someone. He decides to cover up the crime because of his advancement. The next morning, a body is discovered hanging from a crane at a building site, according to TV news. Choi is taken aback since the body hanging is that of the person he murdered the night before. He becomes the lead investigator in the murder case.
