The main character, Chloe (Karynn Moore), is an aspiring adoptive mother who is working hard to put her life back together. She finds the ideal live-in nanny position with the Brown family - Emily (Austin Highsmith), Michael (Michael Aaron Milligan), and their kid - that will allow her to get her life back on track. The Browns are played by Austin Highsmith and Michael Aaron Milligan. She rapidly discovers that they have an unusually rigorous security policy, with coded locks on all of the doors. Emily says that it's because of her famous musician ex-boyfriend, Baz (Jason Skeen), who is stalking her and harassing her. Chloe offers to assist Emily and Michael in keeping their son safe despite her fears. However, when Chloe notices that something isn't quite right with the Browns, Emily and Michael turn on her, accusing her of being a spy for Baz Luhrmann. They imprison her in order to get a false confession out of her, but Chloe quickly discovers that it is not Baz who is causing the horrible things to happen, but Emily, who is eager to win back Baz by any means necessary, who is to blame.
