Teach Us All
We still have a lot to learn about educational inequality today, on the 60th anniversary of the Little Rock school desegregation crisis, which led to the end of segregation in schools. Following a state takeover in January 2015, Little Rock's school district is now in the balance. It's a small example of the problems and inequalities that are happening in classrooms across the United States right now, though. We'll look at three cities: Little Rock, New York City, and Los Angeles. We'll look at how far we've come, or not come, and how we can move forward from here, 60 years later.
