TC 2000
The environmental overkill had arrived at some point in the future. Several people had died. The rich were able to create the underworld, while the impoverished were forced to stay on the surface and form gangs in order to live. Jason Storm, an underworld guard, discovers a plot to assassinate everyone on the surface. To counter the wicked scheme, he must flee to the surface and recruit Sumai, a respected martial arts master, as an ally.
