As soon as Apollo, a kind-hearted traveling performer, arrives in the hamlet of the Funny Little Bugs, he begins to cause havoc in the kingdom's daily existence. As Apollo falls victim to a trap devised by Wendy, the queen's envious and spiteful cousin, he is falsely accused of capturing Queen Marguerite, causing widespread panic within the hive. Realistically, Wendy's henchmen are holding Marguerite hostage until she can seize control of the throne and rule as queen. Apollo embarks on a risky rescue expedition with the assistance of his new pals. The Little Bugs will have to face various hazards in order to release the Queen and save the colony, and they will have to be more innovative than ever!
