Tall Tale

A little boy fights an evil land baron in the old west who wants to seize his family's farm and destroy their peaceful village. Afraid of the danger, Daniel Hackett wants his family to evacuate the farm where his father Jonas has been seriously injured by the wicked Stiles. To help him decide, he goes to a lake alone where he falls asleep on a boat and wakes up in the Wild West, with such "tall story" legends as Pecos Bill, Paul Bunyan and Calamity Jane. It ends with a heroic showdown when the child stands up to Stiles and his henchmen, and rallies his neighbors to fight back against land grabbers who want to destroy their community.
