Tom Hardy, who comes from a family of law enforcement officers, finds himself in a confrontation with his uncle following the death of his father. Tom publicly states his conviction that another law enforcement officer is the one responsible for the murder. Tom has been assigned to the water-way duty, and together with his new colleague Jo Christman, they will be searching the three rivers for clues and finding victims.
