Ellen Aim, a rock singer, is abducted by Raven Shaddock and his band of vicious bikers. As luck would have it, Ellen's former lover Tom Cody is passing through on a visit. Ellen's management enlists Tom's help to save his star act. As a team, they fight their way through perilous cityscapes in an attempt to recapture Ellen.
